Shotblasting
Our fully equipped in-house shot blasting facilities allow us to handle bulk component blasting and preservation coatings.
GCG provides several different shotblasting packages which include using different types of abrasives such as Alu-oxide, Steel Grit, Garnet, Olivine, Copper Slag (expendable) and Glass Bead blasting. Our purpose-built shotblasting facilities are capable of handling up to 40,000 cubic feet, with full extraction systems and a recycling system for the abrasive. We also have Mobile H.P. water units from 2,000 – 30,000 P.S.I.
For onsite work at clients' premises we have mobile shotblasting units of varying sizes from Mighty Mite to the bigger 600lb blast pots, airless spray pumps of all sizes and mobile TSA units. We can also supply full extraction systems. We are more than happy to travel to wherever you are located to carry out initial surveys through to execution of contract.
